In reality there is nothing called TPF. Ask any CA whether in a balance sheet thr is any header called trade profit. He will say NO.

While thr are cos who mandatorily have to disburse their csr funds, as per mkt info, they r small funds.

As per my experience small funds maybe 10-15 cr should not be a issue but where ppl talk of large amounts, those transactions wil definitely not happen even if the funder has the requisite liquid.
