SURPLUS FUNDS AVAILABLE PAN INDIA (General)
As per which heading in the balance sheet do u have smthg called parking fund ?
If u hv recd a certain amount from another co, its a unsecured loan which is a liability.
Surplus is accrued profits of the co and can never be termed as parking as per accounting guidelines
