We are looking for the Investor partner, Lender for a Big landfill project and we require the interested parties to contact us for the following :

Project: Landfill project for the building Pier/ Jetty on the sea port.

Products: Transport through Chartered vessels / Barge and purchase of Stones which is set initialised and approved already. In estimated 22,00,000 up to 25,00,000 Metric ton quantity

Funds injection: USD 12,50,000 x per month = 2 years

Requirement: Lenders should be a regulated financial industry and funds should be approved against L/C with at least 80% the value of L/C from the prime bank or as per initial negotiation before signing agreement.

Documents requirements from Both sides: Trade Licence, VAT & Tax, IRC & ERC, Bank credit line paper, Bank statement, Shipping and chartering Line papers, Audit reports, Profile book binding, Port certificate, Financial conduct and or regulated authority licence copy. ( documents listed are part of both Either party as required and as requested during process )

NOTE: all documentary evidence would be exchanged and verified in person table talk and sign agreement in any country preferred by investors/ Lender country.
