I need a financier to take over a third party collatral property of market value worth 400-450 cr in Bangalore city!

Its in bank and requirement is 220 cr.

Reason for requirement is to invest in well established hospital in Vellore city.

Note: Property is in bank. And no IT OR STATEMENT. The hospital is well established and business is going on well. The purpose of loan is for it only.
