Skr certificate issuance (General)
1.TO ISSUE SKR CERTIFICATE, QUALIFICATION OF APPLICATION/ VALUATIONOF ASSETS SHOULD BE OR EQUIVALENT TO USD 7.5M (INR 60CR) 2. SKR face value: 90% of property valuation 3. Credit facility/Funds available : 75 % of face value of SKR Certificate. 4. Rate of Interest : 12 month LIBOR (Euro)+2.75% (approx. 4.5%) per year. 5. Custodial arrangement & agreement, Lawyer charges - 0.75% of SKR face value. 6. Fund stamp duty, registration 1% of credit facility to be deducted from disbursement. 7. SKR deposit: 2% of entire property valuation. This deposit prior to be placed before issuance of SKR & 100% return upon successful closing the SKR without any interest. 8. Consent to be signed to allow the bank to trade SKR on International stock exchange to cover up the funds. 9. Site inception, verification, due-diligence 10.
