Flame Bending Test is very simple to do.

Ignite a candle and hold the coin at a distance of about half or one inch near the candle flame.

Observe and see if the candle flame bends towards the coin.

If the coin heats up during the test, you can also hang the coin with a thread or hold it with a wooden clamp (चिमटा).

If the coin is a genuine functional item, it will not heat up at all and the flame will also bend towards it.

Second part of the test is to hold the coin between (center of) 2 candle flames (candle-coin-candle) and when the flames of both the candles bend towards the coin (¡ º ¡), slowly bring the coin down and the flames will continue to bend down forming like an M shape (candle-flame-coin-flame-candle).
