Because this is non kyc fund and it can be deposited in to the bank's common account first and then it is transferred to company account of the receiver. I have a company to receive the amount but I need above manager's help to get the fund to their bank's common account first and then he should transfer the same to our company account. This is bigger amount can be done in multiple transactions. Ratio will be there for manager too.
