U have zero knowledge of law. Anyone who files fir gets the hardcopy then and there. Then the cops summon the accused and the witness u/s 164 of CrPC. Till date i havent recd any summons.

Thats why i challenged that south indian idiot gokul to post fir details in this forum. After that i will ensure that law will put him behind bars for defamation.
