The DD shall remain in the custody of the bank branch manager from which the DD will be issued.

The local police station SHO should be intimated about this transaction so that he can intervene in case the donor company is unable to do the rtgs.

Pls note that the donor company will not be based in the same city as the receiver so thr is no way u can catch them in case things go wrong.

The process is also silent about who pays the penalty in case the donor company dsnt do the rtgs.
