**DD to RTGS Work - Private Limited Company Required**

**WORKFLOW**

1. **Document Submission:** - Provide PDF documents of your company. - Submit PDFs of the receiving company or trust document. - Ensure authenticity for verification.

2. **Verification Process:** - After document submission, our team will verify the provided information. - Upon successful verification, a visit will be scheduled to your location.

3. **Visit Arrangements:** - Three individuals will visit: - Person 1: Holds 15 lakh in his savings account. - Person 2: Company Chartered Accountant (CA). - Person 3: Company Mandate representative. - The RTGS representative will visit on a mutually agreed working day as per the termsheet.

4. **No Advance Payment:** - No advance money is required for initiating the process.

5. **Process Initiation:** - On the scheduled working day, the RTGS representative will commence the process.

6. **Documentation and Assurance:** - Completion of RTGS booking, DD assurance, and KYC work will be ensured.

7. **Bank Statement Presentation:** - The RTGS representative will present the latest bank statement in accordance with the agreed-upon termsheet.

8. **Bank Processing:** - The entire process will take place at the bank.

9. **Refund Policy:** - In case of receiver's failure, a refund of 15 lakhs will not be processed. - In the event of company failure, a 1% RTGS commitment will be provided, and 15 lakhs DD will be refunded. **Important Note:** - Company name will be disclosed only upon successful completion of a 100 Rs work. - PDF documents are required for each document, regardless of the work being 50 Rs or 100 Rs.
