There r Lot of Uneducated peoples in Rice puller forum here

They don't have Seriousness in work

Our buyer is From London Zurich He have an antique Collection licence And trade License

And Indian Government Licence also buyer have ..

(What is happening is I called buyer to So many places states in india

14 times in 2 years i called them For antique Purchase

Only 3 time It's pass

After we Came there location There r so many Bull shit reasons by item party

That item is not mine

Item party goes to marriage program wait one day

Item party father dead

Item party is not receiving calls

Item party is out side Tomorrow we do

Full of media in group

Fight for percentage

Keep money first then I bring item

Phone conversation all correct After we go there everything will change

For our reputed Buyer Relationship We taking money from item owner

Because antique buyers are very Rare in india we don't want to spoil our relationship and reputation against buyer so we take Nominal fees from party that atleast we take confidence after we come work will 100% done

London Zurich to example Mumbai

There r ticket charge are 27k upto 50k for both people

But we ask item party amount 20% Amount only our moto is not to get money from people

Moto is pass.to.work

Posting since so many times Nobody negetive feedback comes

But thanks for ur reply and valuable time

This.is the reason

The Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 is the primary legislation governing antiquities in India.

Registration:

Antiquities, especially those over 100 years old, are required to be registered with the relevant authorities.

Export Restrictions:

The export of most antiquities over 100 years old is restricted, and requires a permit from the Central Government or an authorized authority.

Traders and Licensing:

Those involved in trading antiquities must obtain a license.

Acquisition:

The government has the power to acquire antiquities for public preservation. Protection of Cultural Heritage: The Act aims to protect India's cultural heritage and prevent the export of valuable objects. In essence, while possessing and trading in antiques is legal, it's subject to strict regulations, particularly regarding export and the requirement for registration for certain categories of antiquities.
