They actually registered as subdomain under webs.
Webs.com is a social web, that any one can have free subdomain under main domain.
Today Rs:1300 you can open domain with hosting package.
They can't afford 1300 bucks that who deals billions. 
But actually real companies will not open there web.
As some intact problem.
Any how they proved themselves as fraud so stay out of them.
