So that most of the Indian companies give token from their own sponsor and they put the product in join custody and they send full proof to the J&J group. Only after receiving this solid proof, the company inform both governments (Buyer, normally italy, germany, france or UK and the seller government, ie: India. Then only they send their people with scientists with file, contain all documents. The seller government gives all the protestion to these people. In brief there are lot offormalities for a deal.
