functional...ha.....bt u never mentioned in ur post that u need function in these notes......and there r people who r in search of these notes like u are ...bt they dont require function in these notes and they r offering prices starting from 50 lacs to 5 crores and in function there is no limit to prices watever the seller can charge........

n another thing ...if any fine day u get to do a business wid these things and u get rich - a millionaire or a billionaire then i suppose u will not mind handing over a thousand rupees to me.... i will be waiting for u
