TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. First party (seller) has tested the rare metal item and following are the results of the same

a. Name of material : COPPER BOWL b. Weight of material : 4.75 KG c. Metal to rice : 36Inches: Timing: 3 SECONDS d. Rice to rice : 12Inches: Timing: 0.05 SECONDS e. Fire rice : Timing: f. Copper rice : Inches: Timing: g. Metal to rice : Colour:

2.Second party (buyer) will carry out the following tests on behalf of his company ( ) Terms & procedure

a. Name of material : b. Weight of material : c. Metal to rice : Inches: Timing: d. Rice to rice : Inches: Timing: e. Fire rice : Timing: f. Water rice to rice : Inches: Timing: g. Copper rice : Inches: Timing: h. Metal to rice : Colour:

i. Seller rate ( M.R ) per inches Rupees:4500 cr j. Seller & Buyer mediators commission to be decided (M.R ) per inches Rupees:

3.The second party should show all the details / particulars of the company to the first party .{ DRDO LICENCE , RBI CODE, FUNDS PROOF, EEE LICENCE, PAST PERFOMANCE ( If there) }.

4.After the verification of details by the first party, if it proves that the company is eligible to buy the above said product, the first party is ready to pay the company’s fee{ if required }.

5.The first party and the second party will decide together about the date…………time 8.00 am to 12 noon and place ……………… of the testing.

6.On the day of testing in the presence of the company if the above tests fail or first party does not handover the item the first party is liable to pay a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/-( Rupees twenty five lakhs ) to the second party as a penalty without questioning on the same day.

7.If the test are successful to the satisfaction of the second party, the company should pay an advance of Rs. 20 crores ( Rupees twenty crores ) before 6 p.m. without fail and 2nd day Rs. 100 crores and 3rd day Rs. 500 crores plus will be given.

8.The material should be under the custody of both first party and second party in the same location of testing till the business settlement is completed.

9.The company agree to pay the total black money within 4 days without fail from the date of testing and in the ……… ratio of seller demands.

10.From the 5th day of testing the company shall make the balance payment via bank.

11.The second party will complete the business within 21 working days from the date of testing without fail.

12.The people who are involved in this business should submit the below particulars:

a. Colour photo 20 Nos b. Ration card c. Voter’ ID d. Pan card e. Passport f. Driving licence g. Bank A/c etc.

The above terms and conditions are clearly read, heard and understood by both the first party and second party signing below in their full consciousness.
