Many 'buyers' came for the deal but noone can make it through, all buyers are taking about crores and crores but most of them don't know their buyers and they haven't seen just a lakh in real life.. RP is just a time pass for the fake buyers.. That's the reason seller is asking for the credibility of the buyer
