What you said is excellent. It is required to believe the stuff is real to make direct deal.

Like the stuff, All buyers also has to show the proof of fund (Cash on Hand) along with their photograph to believe that, those are real buyers and ready to finish the deal.

It would beneficial for both seller and buyer without any brokers interaction. (As all these stuffs just spin among brokers and there may or may not be any real buyers).

So nobody can waste their valuable time.
