Hello Buyers, I have a Old note of 2 rupees which was signed by the then governor Dr. Manmohan Singh and which was of the first edition since ' Satyameva Jayate ' tablet added below Askokan Pillar in front on right.The other side has a Tiger.The note is old and it is with me since 1998 but it is LAMINATED from the time I got it in my hands.
