Dear Roshan, We try to make deal as simple as possibile. Perform Digital watch test video it with still camera and send it to me. Here us the criteria for the Digital watch test. 1.Plastic case Digital watch should be used. 2. Plastic case will not be removed while performing. 3. Give us video and feedback is watch working after replacing batteries and screen goes black or Blank.
