Process :

-The Direct Sponsor has to come along with the Tester & Appraiser. -The Tester & Appraiser has to have their proof to confirm are the authorized person. -The Funder has to show the fund proof of 10Cr in the bank to the seller not to anybody else. -The Funder has to bring a blank cheque & need to fill in front of the seller with draw any amount as seller request like 10,000 or 20,000 & again the Funder has to deposit the amount to his account itself. This is to confirm the concern person is the authorized account holder or not. -After showing the funds & doing the account in & out process the seller will show the material to Funder & need to be tested immediately once the test in done they can give the first advance of 10Cr & start the process. -Rate can be quoted by the Appraiser which should be genuine & the same rate will be accepted. -Which ever rate the Funder say we will convey the same rate to the Company.
