There is no hidden logic behind it. What they gonna give you is 20% or even less which they offer is the original value and rest they talked about shares in their company which are useless in later stages as they again try to re-sell it or may let you know, that item was fake/non-functioning/no-resell value and they need not give you in addition or they may get back the paid money too by threatening you. You just count what exactly you are getting.... When you are taking money in white, you are sole responsible and answerable to IT/Govt for what purpose you are getting the money. If you said you've any precious things, you must show their ownership rights legally., all it won't work out for you and moreover you will fall in trouble. The only way in this kind of 2nd deals are just do what you can in "Black Market" (black money) which is at least some good idea and you can make them convert into White through some Banks who gonna give you unconditional loans by taking some royalty.
