Don't know who you are using my Forum name "CONDEMNER", however.. the topic you've posted need to be modified...

1.It doesn't matter whether there are RPs or not in India. Even if there are., there is no international market value for them.

2.Regarding LEBBO coins, am sure that there only a few (may be 2 existed) in that series which were minted with error. So, the coins now having some people are recently made by somebody as per the market demand (keeping in mind of fooly people) to earn 'dreamed money'. I agree for this that, it is 100% waste of time to run behind them.

3.When you come to "CHEMICAL TESTS"... I condemn your line as nobody (international buyer in your sense...perform such fooly tests to spoil the structure of rare metals), so no question of "Failure of tests".

4.In foreign countries, the things they buy spending huge money according to their interest. They are mainly based on: 1.Rarity 2.Antiques and 3.Precious things with no clones finally 4.Material having resell value.

Some of them collect the things habitually and some of them for their own research purpose. But none of them interested to pay in M/T/B of dollars.
