hello everyone

iam new to this site . I came to this site on a suggestion of my friend. . I am told of a radioactive material which is buried deep underground in tamilnadu and kerala border not exact. . . There is a circular shape not exact ,were there wer no tree or plant grown there. The surface soil is black in color. The temp is very high that no 1 can breath the surrownding area there is a dead body of an animal. . How can i confirm that it is a high power rp or something else . . Egarly waitin fr ur response
