object:

making temper less (soften that much to easily foiled) to high speed metals (steel).

apparatus used :

burner , holder , container for solution (formulae) . Amery foil (simple foil)

chemical used:

formulae ( a herbal solution formulae)

sample used:

high speed steel saw used for cutting railway tracks.

applications:

heat a sample (high speed steel ) with burner to reach that temperature till becoming red in visible colour . instantly dip it in to formulae ( herbal solution ) wait till becoming to normal room temperature.

put sample out of container and take a any foil and rub it to sample surface rub until whole sample becoming dust.

conclusion :

whole experiment shows we can easily make soft (temper less) any high speed metal .

solution which is used in this experiment can used for serval times to making tempolerless.

no wight loss of sample will be there after putting sample it in solution.

expriment no 2

object :

making 99% pure coupper Cu to melt at 700 degree celcius.

appratus used :

molbidunum coile made heater , electical variable for heater( masuring tempuretue) , contanier made of iron for heating, hoder etc.

chemical used :

formulae ( white colur powder )

sample used :

99% pure coupper Cu . used in electrical transformers.

application :

take a sample of coupper (10 grams) Cu 99% pure and put it at container which is puted over heater. heat it till it will reach to its normal melting point which is 1100 * c sharp . put 2 grams of sample (formulae) at instant. now reduce the tempureture through electrical variable till 700 *c . found coupper Cu is still melted.

now you can melt this coupper at 700 * c life time.

conclousion :

we can make melting point of Cu to 700 * c for life time inted of 1100 *c .
