If you asking for investment in market or investment in companies and get returns in white, parties wont be interested. If you planning for conversion through NGO, Trusts still no parties.

Currently parties are only interested if you have the amount in your bank of howmuch you offering to convert i.e. if you want to convert 100cr, you should have 100 cr in your bank account.
