The Mining Project comprises 4,000 hectares in northern Perú.

Is located in a major structural corridor known as Chicama-Yanacocha with Epithermal deposits of high-sulphidation

1) Sell the mine to a Buyer in USD$ 35M

2) Do a JV 60/40 (40% for the owner)
