I have one land owner who is in need of funds on his property and financier is ready to give him 25cr on his property at bank interest rate but financier condition is the landlord should be director in one of the private company in Hyderabad. So in that case...

I need one company who have decent turnover say around 5cr p.a and take my landlord as one of the director in is company and in return the land lord pay 50Lacs goodwill to that pvt company . u can say this is free money to pvt company u don't have to repay but if company needs loan the land lord gives you part amount of 25cr to you at the same rate of interest.
