Scrap Deal (we need W party only)

we have a deal of scrap with fullly legal way with central govt. of india. Total land 170 acre with big front on road. (65 years leaz left) approx value of Scrap(7000 mt copper 10,000 mt steel any much scrap of steel) 190 cr – 200 cr(survey before two month). Buyer(only white funder) party have to show their bank guarantie(or any method to show worth ) of 135 cr. pocession will be given after payment of 30 % amount of total payment. Buyer party have to submit survey fees Rs. 10,000 and 10,000 (can be other expenses). Location – GUJRAT (can be clearify after contact)
