LOAN AVAILABLE ON COLLATERAL (ADV - Financial)

If you have a client who needs loan against property, I can help you out.

Important Points:

1. Funds Available for Loan. 2. Loan will be given in the form of Liquid and in return liquid is required. 3. Minimum Collateral 200 CR is required. 4. Minimum commitment 50% on collateral will be paid, rest it will be finalized on table. 5. R.O.I – 18% for 7 years. 6. Complete R.O.I i.e. 18% will be deducted at the time of disbursement. 7. No Upfront Charges. 8. Service Charges 8.50% which includes 1 CA, 1 Mediator, Top MNC in India. 9. Service Charges will also be deducted at the time of disbursement. 10. Loan will be disbursed within 20 Days, after submitting complete set of documents (Hard Copies). 11. Location of Project should be Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Dwarka Expressway, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, UP West, UP East, Uttrakhand.

List of Documents Required:

1. 3 Year ITR & Computation with complete financial including all schedules of the company. Note: - Date of filling, Ward number & receipt number should be readable on ITR. 3 years form 16

2. 12 Month banking of all declared current & saving account of company and directors those are coming on loan. Note: - Account number, Bank Name & Customer name should be available on the bank statement.

3. MOA of the company - First & last page to be signed by authorize director with stamp (Common seal to be put on first & last page).

4. Latest Shareholding & directorship pattern on company letterhead originally attested by Chartered Accountant. (Common Seal to be put on the same).

5. PAN Card of all applicant & company those income needs to be consider for the loan eligibility.

6. Signature, DOB & ID proof of all applicants.

7. Separate residence proof of all applicants.(Passport, Licence, Telephone Bill).

8. Offices address proof of company. (Shop & establishment certificate, Sales tax certificate or any utility bill).

9. Schedule of all running and mark the EMI in the banking.

10. 1 Year VAT return & advance tax receipt.

11. Company profile on the letterhead of the company.

12. Copy of all running & future contract of the Company.

13. Crossed Photocopy of the entire chain of the property papers. (Photocopy of back & front required, Registration particulars should be readable).

14. Sanction Plan of the property.

15. Net worth statement of applicants including company attested by CA.

16. One photo each of all applicants.

17. Certified Valuation Report.

PLEASE NOTE:- 1. Self attestation to be done on first & last page of all banking. 2. ITR, computation, P& L & Balance Sheet should be self attested. 3. All KYC needs to be attested by applicant. 4.
