need 400 cr project funding @ delhi @ 4 percent per annum (ADV - Financial)
my client wishes to build about 2 lac sqfeet on a prime plot of land ( already owned by them ) in north delhi. towards this he wishes to take loan of 400 crs against first mortgage of the entire project. after construction the total cost of project ( including the land ) is estimated at 900 cr.
loan is required for 15 years at 4 percent per annum. only those private financers who understand this deal as risk free and can give at this rate call niranjan at 9766640000.
