I have three offers for the real investor or buyer. 1: Pay by cheque 15 lacs with proper agreement n pdc's of 90 days validity and receive your material in Mumbai within 52 days max. 2: Pay by cheque 4 lacs with above conditions rest I'll manage. 3: Pay by cheque 3 lacs and I'll send you the chemicals list related with, you may cross verify and do it on your own. If you insists me to do so than condition 1 will be applied. My sharing in selling price would be 10cr to 20cr(dd only)
