New Program for Small Investors - PPP

Available to Private and Corporate Investors. No Project required.

Location - Hongkong.

Minimum Investment required is USD 160,000 (Equivalent to INR ONE CRORE ONLY) will Reserve US$ 100 Million (Eqvalient to INR SIX hundred Crores) per Module (A Module is a part of a program, programs are composed of one or more independently developed modules that are not combined until the program is linked) to be Traded for Investor for a one year term.

Approved Investor combined until the programs can take up multiple modules. Funds are guaranteed by Principal. Trade Profits less Fees will be paid Weekly to Investor as per signed Trade Agreement.

Funds received are Non-Recourse. Program closes August 31, 2015 unless fully booked out.

Required Documents:

The package of required documents includes the following:

1) LETTER OF REQUEST FOR SERVICES 2) FORMAL LETTER OF INTENT 3) LETTER OF AUTHORISATION TO VERIFY FUNDS 4) CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET 5) DISBURSEMENT DIRECTIVE LETTER 6) CORPORATE RESOLUTION - [ if applicant is a company ] 7) CURRENT BANK PROOF OF FUNDS - not more than 5 days old – letter signed by two bank officers with their titles and names clearly printed. 8) COPY OF PASSPORT OF SIGNATORY PRINCIPAL – A4 size 9) COPY OF ALL CEASE & DESIST LETTERS issued in recent month. The Package is submitted directly to ourselves and the Official Compliance will be conducted. There may be the need for further information to forward to complete the Compliance.
