You are correct. The is scam like africans cheating others. What I say. Most peoples are receiving mail from some other countries, and saying that I am a millionar and I have around 100000 million dollar money deposited in bank in some countries. I cannot withdraw this money, but I can transfer this money to some one name. If you help me to withdarw this money I will give you this much amount ( around 40%). At last they will tell you have to come here for final setup so we have to arange Visa for you. Send arround 5000$ for your visa processing fee. If any boady sent. They will be cheated.

Same way this is also other cheating technic in India. They are saying 75000 Cr.Rupees for one coin. If you tell you have this coin, they will tell you deposit arround 8 lakh ruppes in their account for tesing the coin and there is one condition If its good coin, they will return your money other wise not. But usually they will come with some chemicals and put the coin in the chemical. At last they will tell you. This is not the one which we are looking for.They will go and you will loose 8 lakh R.S. This happening here. There is so many peoples cheated here like this.

In this site you can see so many post saying that we are the buyers of the Items. But really ther are agents working between the cheaters and peoples.

So don't waste anybodies time.
