Dear Arya, Kindly give ur contact no or email id...so that we can discuss over this issue...i can tell u some ways how to recover and also i have some good connection with NGOs, so with the help of them we can push the issue...if u dont mind....i am really feeling very sorry to hear this...once one of friend has also got cheated by some one over rice-puller forum, but with the help of NGOs we did rcover it...although the amount was not so big...only 70000 inr.
