1) Initial Face to Face Meeting conducted at Mumbai Registered Office Only. (outside meeting not entertained )

2) Only Authorized Signatory and Financial Advisor will be allowed.

3) At the first level, W-party will disclose the following documents ( ROC, ITR copies &Bank statement)

4) At the second level, B-party in a position to disclose their documents. Need to get 3 years ITR copies, ROC, proof of funds.

5) Once we both parties are convinced with the entire document, we can do sample transaction from our Mumbai office to check if any hurdle are there or not

6) After this we sign the investment agreement and complete all the formalities.
