If they are that much genuine in giving the loans through hawala tell them to cut down the delivery charges from the money which they lend to the customers. For example if I need 5 lakhs loan then tell them to cut down that 1% interest rate i.e.5000 rupees from the loan which they give to the customers. Everybody in here are there for upfront fees and loan scams and I hope this is not the case with you.
