1) Day1 keep escrow of 5 lakh each. Book the slot for mutually agreed date from both side and share details. 2) On booking day both party keep the PG of 100c. 3) Buyer authorize signatory will pull the statement in front of seller signatory. 4) Once it verified, seller signatory will take the buyer party to VP (inside bank only) for confirmation and further transaction.
