New currency RTGS work

W Party: Donor Company B Party: NGO/Trust

Work Amount - 25cr Ratio - 40 cr Date - Place- Delhi Escrow hotel- Any mutually agreed five star hotel. Escrow amount-10 lakhs Escrow timing -1 to 2:00 PM

*( pls note: In case of only 5 lakh each escrow amount.... Company name or statement will not be provided after escrow.... kyc will be directly exchange after seeing liquid amt by Donor auth person. Rest of the procedures will be same.)*

▪W Party, Company person will come in a mutually agreed five star hotel between 11 to12 pm. He will personally meet trustee and his small team.

▪Trustee will handover 2 lakh rs to Company person. He will be sitting there all the time and within couple of hours his Company personal will bring 10 lakh rs escrow amount.

▪W Party team will book hotel room at their own expense. Both parties will put total 20 lakh escrow amount in a digital locker. Both parties will insert their own 2 digit secret code.

▪After 1 hour of escrow, W party will provide Company & account details to B party

*Performance day.....*

1) At sharp10:00 am, W party company's authorized person will meet at B party given & agreed location. W party auth person will show his company authotization letter & ID. W party auth person will also show same day Company statement to B party.

2.) B party will take W party auth person to their liquid location. This process must be finished between 11 to 11:30 am.

3) After seeing liquid by W party auth person, both parties will instantly exchange KYC. W party auth person will inform his Company Q&Q team to come over.

W party/ Donor Q & Q team max 4 members will arrive at B party liquid location.

They will show their Company ID to B party and they will immediately start Q & Q process.

4). After successful Q and Q, W party will instantly hit RTGS into B party nominated account. W party will provide UTR number. B party will In/out of funds.

5). After both parties satisfaction & confirmation of funds, W party team will lift liquid & load it in their vehicle.

6.) W party will provide online disclaimer copy to B party followed by original copy by mail.

7.) After successful execution of transaction at the same time and at the same premises, W party will handover both sides of Media Commission.

8.) It is understood that all required & following documents will be exchanged by both parties.

1. Trust registration certificate, by laws trust deed, board resolution. 2. 12 AA 3. 80G 4. Trust pan card/Trusty pan card. 5. Project report 6. ITR 3 Year/Audit report/Balance sheet etc. 7. Cancelled check copy with stamp and signed by trusty. 8. ***Bank receiving capacity letter 9. Got any donation in last financial year to be confirmed by bank statement. 10. One blank letter head of trust sigcned and stamped by trusty. 11. Niti aayog registration. 12. FCRA only if available ..not mandatory 13 35ac only if available....not mandatory

A.) NO FURTHER DISCUSSION WILL BE ALLOWED. (ONLY TIME OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE DISCUSSED). B.) EXTENSION OF TIME WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO ANY PARTY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

C.) B PARTY LIQUID LOCATION MUST BE COMMERCIAL WITH CAR PARKING FACILITY.

D.) AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION, W PARTY WILL PAY BACK 10 LAKH RS ESCROW AMOUNT TO B PARTY IN EXCHANGE OF THEIR 2 DIGIT SECRET LOCKER CODE.
