List of loan documents for Private Finance & FDI Finance ( National and International ) :-
1. 3 year ITR (company & self) 2. 1 year bank statements (current a/c & saving) 3. Memorandum of association 4. GST certificate 5. PAN (self & company) 6. Residence proof 7. ID proof 8. 2 photo latest 9. Freehold residential/industrial property with chain 10. Detail project report. 11. Mortgaging property details along with property paper. 12. Detail of previous loan mentioned in balance sheet. After assessing document financer will hv meeting.
Roi 100cr-500cr_4-6%/year 500cr-1000,2000,5000cr+_3-5%/year No any upfront money Double collectral mortgage will be taken Legal , technical charges (when financer is ready to give fund). Time 20-30days Commission 3-4%
Note:- If you go for fdi funding then roi will be 3-5% for files more than 100cr.. [Note: FDI TAKES 7-9% PROCEESING FEES ON DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN APART FROM OUR COMMISSION] If you go for indian funders then roi will be 7-10% and legal and technical charges will be 2lakhs. We take this amount at time of signing the legal agreement. Due to rbi rules technical charges in fdi and indian funding is fixed.
