No donor is available anywhere for any work until may, who so ever ask for Trust papers and all that crap, only want to get direct to trust.

No papers needed nor any permission from RBI nor any agency of government to take donation, trust already have linked to niti aayog, no working trust is there without niti aayog so people who don't have full and right information only asking list of papers as they doesn't have anything in their hands.

Any trust can take any amount of RTGS and then they have time till march 2019 to show what they did of funds they got from company.

There is not any fund like trade fund or profit funds for donation.

Only CSR fund is there which can use for donations.

Trust doesn't have to pay tax that's why they have so much time to show how and what they did of their funds.

What all needed from company and trust is account number, pan I'd and now adhaar link to it.

There was no company who did RTGS more than 10 cr for the first time in last financially year. Go and check from finance department of india if you have links there and if we are wrong then very much Happy that someone prove it.

Company neends premission to give CSR from finance minsitry not trust.

Premium given more than 50% of amount is not legal CSR, that fund is liability to trust as company may not be valid after giving it, whenever company give that type of fund its time for the company to dissolve as they did for what it was made.

We are consultants from delhi, we work as donor and as well as from trust side.

We give only premium 10% to trust that's our donor limit for example on 10cr we give 11cr.

We have many trust with material who want on 10cr RTGS of 13 or 14cr.

Most important we don't do esscrow or give or take booking amount nor we are in a hurry so joker's stay away.
