no sir in case of rp there is no company to give permitted to buy that rp article but rp deal is authentic there are three process in dealing rp article 1. financier 2. indian govt 3. international auction board

1. financier : in case of financier one company dealing that article with govt he buy the article from you and direct deal with govt in that case company might be able to give huge payment but all those payment procedure with black there is no white money provide by them cause in case of white money they are not given you clearance of utilization papers of that money cause they have no licence to give purchase that kind of article many company show that they have permit license like DRDO or anything else is totally fake cause DRDO not give you any license to have purchase it they give you license to deal and inform govt resource and govt give that company 20% of value of an article as a royalty. the financier company who can able to give you huge payment like relience , tata , birla , and any other blue chief company whose balance sheet and turn over more than 1000 crore in year. If they have no turn over more than 1000 crore in a year that company can not give you payment as per your requirement.

2. indian govt : you can deal with indian govt DRDO or IAEA directly that procedure the article will be register as a owner of indian govt book by you in case indian govt give you payment and all those are totally white payment no black money cause indian govt have not permitted to give you black huge money another case your payment procedure is so long more than 180 days in fulfill.

3. international auction board : this is the best process to deal of that kind of article cause that process your article being registered to international auction board as a owner by you in that case indian govt take royalty 51% of a value of an article. So Indian govt do not rights to handle that matter and any kinds of action with you. International auction board can give you payment in white mode or black mode cause there money totally in out sources and indian govt do not action about on it. And International auction board payment procedure is so fast way than others.
