We are from delhi and its been 10 years we are working in real estate, so for us 5cr or 10cr not a big deal.

When we say we will do 10cr and first will see material then we get mails how come anyone will show material blindly, what if we don't have a company, what if we are from agencies, what if we dont have legal fund and bla bla etc.

Lets clear everything :

We never heard in Delhi that anyone went to do work for donations or converting money and agencies did raid there, never ever heard as its not a bribe nor demonetisation time is going on. If you are in real estate and from delhi then you must have seen such amount many times. No agencies do raid when company like pvt or ltd is involved as they and all knows who are genuine that it will take just an hour to show that company that for what purpose cash is there and all that stuff and moreover we deal with people who we know, now we don't know here so all are unknown then also when we listen or get mails regarding raid queries we get it that the person doesn't have anything so why to waste our time. Who so ever having link in government agencies do ask them if we are not saying true. Now lets come on which fund it is so it take 15 mins to get it Which fund is in the company.

We don't do esscrow or take booking amount then why we should give details of our company before seeing material, what benefit for us to take trust or ngo documents, what we will do whem there is no material, its waste of time and also spoiling our relationship with company. People say they will give 1 lakhs material is not there, what we will do of 1 lakhs ? Are we working to get 1 lakhs? We are not like other's who just work for that shit of money nor our company is interested in that shit. Now many ask what if there is no fund in our company then are we fool's that going to the place of others without anything in our hand, when there is no money is involved like esscrow or booking then it's better we don't go and spoil our name and Goodwill.

When we are having company and did work, having genuine contacts then why came here let us clear that also - we have seen so many genuine people wasted their money, time and contacts because of fake people. We met many people who told us how they been cheated in the name of esscrow, booking amount. So we thought to aware people who are genuine that how work is done as its for free, there are two types of person genuine and fake, so people who think we will earn crores of money in a day but that's a myth, its like what comes first a hen or egg.. I hope all get it.. lol.

Now let's come on agandia or parchi : People its just waste of time there are no loading anywhere so don't get fooled, let people waste their time as it's their, only hawala works amd there are just couple of operator's who are genuine rest are fake, they dont have 1 cr to show when it's comes work. We can't tell everything here else would have told with proof of name's here been posted by people that loading available there and all.. lol

If you are new or old and having genuine contacts then just work on material rest your wish.

People this is a grey business but it's done like real business and people who are genuine and of their words can only crack deal in this business else you gonna waste your time then will be like people who says no work happens so first see in yourself what mistakes you did than saying about business.

A baby is born first so first deal will be small then baby grows so does deal.

At last why we just deal in delhi as we are having company from here, if not from here then also for first work we do in Delhi only as we are from here know everything, after that anywhere where our companies agree.

On 10cr we give 11cr so please don't send mails regarding how much premium and we are not saying anyone to work with us, if you are genuine and want to crack deal you know what to do.

If there is anyone who think what we said that is not true then we are happy to know with proof but if by mistake just for fun will reply on our post then it will be your last day here. Try us.. lol
