RP is required for Germany to use it in aviation. RP is always sold through a legal manner. U need to get it certified by the state govt. U need to be little smart in doing this becoz the govt might seize it if u dont project it properly. It is the buyers risk to get it certified by the govt. There are only three buyers in Hyderabad for RP but there are 65 thousand people who call themselves as buyers. Get in touch with a genuine buyer and sell it.
