1. Cash transaction 8 Lakhs where W party will have the headache of picking up the material from the place decided by the B party.

People the person said above, it will be the headache of picking up the material from the placed decided by the cash party. Like other's came to his place with liquid for work, so much confidence that posted all and shown how much knowledge he is having of the work and how much experience he is having.

PDC is post dated cheque and he want to take it in cash from everyone so like if i give him cash and he will give me PDC and if no work will happened, i don't have any prove to tell in court or to anyone that why he gave me PDC, IF WILL SAY I GAVE CASH. THEN NO PROVE OF IT AND MOST IMPORTANT HE IS TAKING IT ANOTHER COMPANY AS WELL, not the company from which RTGS will come and what more shocking is after 4-5 hours he will give letter to me so if it will be after 4pm so we can't even check it that there is balance or not and what grantee after taking cash as booking amount he will show up tomorrow and company and account number is giving is a real company.

There are so many reasons which he can give in court that why he gave me PDC, which will be prove he is right and there is no prove with me that i gave cash and took PDC against it. In court when judge will ask hence it will proved and will lose case as well.

What if company will say they wanted to give me loan that's why gave PDC to me against collateral but i have not able to give any collateral so no value of that PDC or Cheque.

So people before giving cash to anyone and taking cheque or PDC, do think many as much you can and do consultant a good CA or LAWYER, it will be clear to you.

If anyone is genuine then will do agreement and will exchange cheque's than taking cash.

Ask from anyone once given cash then it will never come back, no matter what. Giving cash without agreement is making fool of yourself, most important never give cash, always exchange cheque's.
