We having a seller of rp in delhi ncr he wants a invester for his work his way of doing work is he will put 20 percent fees in the article by his own and he want a financer to put 80 percent fees but the twist is that he will give the non cancelation cheque to the invester of the amount   that invester invest in his article so if the article goes dumb after opening you can take your cheque and get it cashed and if the article goes right then you can keep the cheque so both the sides are safe for the invester.
