People who ask for booking amount are the fraud one's.

There is no way to get back money which is once given as booking amount and getting cheque in return as security is no value.

You will not be able to prove it in court that you gave Money as booking amount and the cheque are of no value, most of them are stop payment cheque or no balance in account.

If anyone is genuine then will not ask for booking amount or esscrow.

There is no one who will say that they got donor by booking amount or by esscrow.

So don't waste your money on booking amount nor on esscrow. Do ask any good CA and LAWYER about it.
