1) Article - Single Diamond. 2) Shape - Round Brilliant 3) Weight - 51.27 Carat. 4) Show & Check - Sellers Office, BKC, MUMBAI, 5) Certificate - GIA CERTIFICATE. 6) Market Valuation - Approx. 50 Cr. 7) Owners price - INR 40 Cr. Non Negotiable. 8) Payment - 100% B OR 75% W + 25% B 9) Confirm 2 days before for show and meeting with buyers confirmed genuine offer. 10) Buyer has to sit at sellers Office with checker and Rs.11 lack cash amount with him. Article will not be taken out of the office premises for checking. 11) At the time of show, buyers KYC, FUND PROOF & BUYING AGREEMENT is must. 12) Token will not be handovered to seller untill deal not get finalized. 13) At the time of show, If buyer doesn't found the genuine proposal as offered, he can walk away with token amount. 14) After checking, if article is confirmed, then buyer can't quit the deal.
