Trustee is ready to give Donation/Welcome letter in trustee's letter-head, Donor or Donor Company should provide the same Donation offer letter in their letter-head. When you cant follow this simple ethic, then how can you do crores of donation.

Please stop asking trust total papers/doccuments before showing your credential by proving Donation offer letter in your letter-head with seal and sign.
