we have donar and need trust with the following conditions
1. Trust has to give all docs for verifications by company 2. Company will give Board Resolution for authorised person to attend the meeting 3. 2 Air tickets to be provided by Trust for company people and amt will be returned during the meeting 4. during the meeting KYC docs to be shown and thereafter liquid amt to be shown and RTGS will be done by company 5. deal fail penalty will be applicable
