Absolutely right, very well been explained by managerscapital.
No ngo can take funds from foreign, when flood came in Kerala, many temple Trust as well normal FCRA ngo were getting funds from abry but government did not allowed it.
Companies can take funds and now it's been very simple and if any company is taking they must be have been done all formalities so saying it's difficult to take funds from abroad in Indian companies is absolutely wrong.
